It is absolutely vital that Members of the Association have the means to access and review all records of any meeting where official business has taken place.
Any action not on the record and made available for the review of owners within a reasonable amount of time runs the risk of being considered a non-legal action by our governing documents, and everything that follows it inherently void or voidable.
To empower the owners to know everything that is going on with the Association, the following was logged into the record by committee on Sept 23rd, 2026.

Everything done online via GSuite, as well as the above documents, can be found for audit here in a cloud-stored file.
Files done in GSuite log every change made in the Version History, an example is provided as a document in the file linked. This is unfortunately not available to viewers, but is available to be shown on request in the office so the file logs themselves can be audited to show no changes to the vote or attendance were made after the fact. Minor changes were made to the attendance roster upon administrative review to add in proxy information or the like to ensure a complete and accurate record.
