Someone is parking in my assigned spot, what do I do?

While the Association may reassign spots from time to time, the assigned (covered) parking is the legal property of the unit it is assigned to (Declarations 2.3.B.1).  The owner/legal tenant of a unit may have a car towed from their assigned parking spot.

Call Speedy’s Towing Service 918.376.4151 and reference the Parking List on the website. 
Be prepared to show your lease or proof of residence as authority for the tow.

Where is my water shut-off?

Unfortunately, for the majority of units, the only water shut off available is on the main building meter.  This will shut off water to all units in your building.  While there are some units that have partial shut off valves (these look like out of place valves typically under a kitchen sink or in a bathroom) that will shut off water to just their immediate adjoining units, only a few of these are known.  F101
