The Willows

The Willows is not an apartment complex — we’re a community of 220 individually owned condominium residences. Each unit is privately owned, and our residents take pride in being part of a peaceful, owner-led neighborhood. Shared infrastructure and spaces — like our building exteriors, grounds, pool, and clubhouse — are maintained through monthly HOA dues and managed according to community-wide policies.

Community Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations

The HOA operates under a set of governing documents, which include:

• Declaration – Outlines ownership, easements, assessments, owner responsibilities, and use restrictions.
• Bylaws – Define the structure of the HOA, voting rights, and board operations.

All buyers should receive a copy of these documents during the resale disclosure process. We recommend working with a reputable realtor and title company during any transactions, and previewing the governing documents carefully to understand owner rights and responsibilities.
