Dear Owners and Tenants,

We are the new Willows Homeowners Association Board. We are trying to bring the Willows back to being an excellent place to live.

We will be opening the office on certain days and times: Monday/Thursday 3 to 5pm and Saturdays 10 to 12pm. This is subject to change and we will keep you informed. Packages can be picked up at these times.

Tenants: If there are problems within your condo, you must call your owner first. We do not fix anything on the inside of your unit unless we have talked to and agree with the owners.

Please check with your owners or on TheWillowsTulsa.com to know exactly where your parking spot is located. The person who has that parking spot assigned to their unit can have you towed.

Owners: If there is a dispute with another condo unit, you will need to work it out among yourselves. If needed, you can contact us for neighboring owner information. If needed, we will set an appointment with the Board at our convenience.
You are responsible to give a copy of the mailbox key and fob to your tenant. The replacement cost for lost keys is $50.00 and $20.00 for FOBs.  We must have the lease in order for you to receive a replacement.

We are inspecting the exterior of the property. If we find anything unsightly, you will have 10 days from notification to fix the problem.  If not addressed, the owner will then be called in and fines can be levied.

NO car repair can be done on the Willows premises. We had a fire under the carport, which could have been devastating to anyone parked around them. The responsibility could be upon the owner to compensate anyone who is damaged by a fire under those circumstances.

All cars that are parked in the office spaces will be towed starting Nov 1st. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.  If you are towed, you are responsible for the fees to have your car returned. Office spots should be used for retrieving your mail or business in the Willows office ONLY.

Barbequing must be 15 feet away from the building and on concrete, so that there is no fire hazard. There is to be no fires on balconies or patios.

All dogs must be on a leash and any solid waste from the dog must be picked up. Please photograph and report dogs not on leash or waste not being picked up. There is a fine which will be given to anyone not following this rule.  This is a health hazard to everyone concerned.

Please be sure to put all trash into the dumpsters. Any furniture or large pieces of refuse on the ground will not be picked up. Please photograph and report any sightings of trash being brought onto the property.

If you see something, say something. We have a security company, 10/7 Protection. Their phone number is (918) 200-9787.

If you wish to be part of a Neighborhood Watch or any other committees, please contact the office. (918) 576-6640 or email TheWillowsTulsa@gmail.com.  We would be so appreciative.  Your participation is wanted and welcomed.

We are here to facilitate as much as we possibly can the needs of the community. We would love to have gatherings as well. We want to simply get to know each other on a friendly basis. Let us know if there are any suggestions for getting together. This is your home as well as ours.

Thank you for your cooperation in making the Willows a beautiful place to live.

Sincerely,

Willows Homeowners Association Board
