👋 Meet the Team

Have you stopped by the office lately or submitted a maintenance request?

Our on-site team is here to help!

Sherry Tolbert, our office administrator, is ready to greet you with a smile and assist residents however she can.

Out on the property, you will see our hardworking maintenance technician, Jimmy Jenkins, keeping things running smoothly and helping tackle community maintenance needs.

Be sure to say hello when you see them around!

🚧 Construction Continues

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue making improvements throughout the community.

Recent and ongoing projects include:

  • New staircases
  • Cleaner parking lots and communal areas
  • New mailboxes
  • A brand-new roof on Building A completed in June and Building D was in May.
  • Building F scheduled for roofing work next

Our goal is to make every dollar count while addressing the maintenance and repairs needed to keep our community safe, attractive, and comfortable.

June Maintenance Update

We now have on-staff, dedicate maintenance to assess requests and resolve or advise on next steps.

Have a maintenance issue? Please report it through AppFolio so our team can respond as quickly as possible.

All maintenance issues must be submitted via Appfolio to be addressed.  Emailing concerns will result in being directed to the Appfolio portal.

📢 Community Reminders

It’s Hot Outside!   ESPECIALLY for our furry friends.

Summer is here again, and we are all trying to stay cool.  While we get that your furry friend may want some fresh air, balconies, and patios in the middle of the day are not the place.  In the interest of keeping all animals safe, we are immediately instituting a fine of up to $250 for the first offense and $500 for any subsequent offenses of dogs locked out on balconies on days that exceed 85 degrees for more than one hour.  While we like to be understanding and flexible with community rules, this WILL be strongly enforced.

If you see a dog locked outside, please take a photo and report it to us with the unit number at https://thewillowstulsa.com/contact/ and to Tulsa 311.

🚔 24/7 Security with TenSeven

Dispatch: 918-200-9787

Remember: See something, say something.

If you observe suspicious activity or an issue requiring immediate attention within the community, contact TenSeven Security for a prompt response.

🎆 Happy Fourth of July! … But NO FIREWORKS! 🚫

We know—it’s not the most popular reminder.

However, fireworks are:

  • Dangerous
  • Illegal within city limits
  • A violation of HOA rules

With the holiday weekend approaching, please be respectful of your neighbors and help keep our community safe. The last thing anyone wants is property damage, injuries, or an unexpected visit from Tulsa’s finest.

Instead, skip the backyard fireworks and enjoy one of Tulsa’s many professional fireworks displays.

Let’s celebrate safely and respectfully so everyone can enjoy the holiday weekend.
