Procedure

After the initial recap of recent events and the presentation of the proposed companies, the floor will be opened to a moderated, round-table discussion.  In the interest of time, people will be limited 3 minutes for any initial concerns, questions and perspectives.  To ensure an opportunity for all, it will be asked that everyone is allowed an opportunity to speak before any one person speaks a second time.
