Procedure
Each Candidate will be given 3 minutes to speak, followed by a Q&A. In the interest of time, each Question and Answer will be restricted to one minute. This will be timed.
Following the Q&A, we will proceed with the vote. As per our Bylaws 6.5,the vote will be by secret, written ballot. To facilitate a quick count of the votes, an online ballot will be setup and provided during the meeting, so please bring your smartphones to the meeting. Paper ballots will be provided for those who need it.
Any disruptions or outburtsts will receive one warning.
On the second occurrence, you will be asked to leave.
We will be in a library. Respect that.
